Risk-Adversity
Each transaction is different. That’s why our credit process is flexible but diligent in nature to supplement COI taking the correct amount of risk on each transaction through detailed credit, sponsor, security, and sensitivity modelling. Committed to maintaining our goal of conservative loan to value (LTV) ratios against multiple uncorrelated asset classes with multiple exit strategies.

COI Capital Management is a CRE debt and equity investment manager established with the aim of leveraging over 144 years of combined experience to build purposeful funds and high-performance portfolios.
For us, the key to a successful fund is one that provides the correct products for investors to ascertain the highest return possible, whilst achieving minimal risk or downside through a diligent credit process that is responsive to core market conditions.
To balance our core investor targets, we have developed a suite of products that remain competitive and flexible for borrowers, providing them with funding confidence in a constricted debt market. Our goal is to support and develop both sides of the equation.
